- Purchase records: what you bought and when (payment details are handled by Paddle, not us).
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Messages you send us, and basic technical data such as IP address and device/browser information.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account and give you access to your downloads (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interests).
- To answer your questions and improve the site (our legitimate interests).
- To send our newsletter, if you signed up (your consent — unsubscribe anytime).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping records.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host and run our website and account system.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling products, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (like accountants or lawyers) when needed.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for the reasons above or required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of marketing. Email hello@finesseandflair.life and we'll respond promptly.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout. We don't use advertising cookies.
