These terms apply to finesseandflair.life and the digital products sold on it. The website is run by Finesse and Flair ("we", "us"). When you use the site or buy from us, you are entering into an agreement with Finesse and Flair.
Accepting these terms
By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
What we sell
We sell digital lifestyle products, such as printable planners (for example, the Autumn Budget Buddy), which you download after purchase. We may add subscriptions later.
Your account
Keep your login details private and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.
Fair use
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes using it for anything unlawful, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, or interfering with its security (for example, malware, probing, or scraping).
Intellectual property and licence
We own the site, our products and our branding. When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.
What you can and can't do with your download
You can:
- Download, save and print your files for your own personal use, as many times as you like.
- Fill in and use the interactive versions for yourself.
- Print copies as gifts for individual friends or family, as long as no money changes hands.
You can't:
- Resell, share, redistribute or give away the files themselves (including on file-sharing sites, marketplaces or social media).
- Claim our designs as your own, or use any part of them to create products you sell.
- Upload our files to print-on-demand or other services for distribution.
- Use the products for any commercial purpose, including for your business's clients, without our written permission.

Payments and our reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Service availability
We work hard to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", without implied warranties.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law says we can't.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access if you seriously breach these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break our policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Finesse and Flair is based.
